Richards, Kimble & Winn is committed to educating homeowners, board members and property managers.  We realize that most of you are volunteers and are now managing “multi-million dollar” businesses for the first time.  We believe that such education can help avoid a lot of problems that would otherwise arise.  The first Saturday of every month at our office, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., one or more of our attorneys and staff will conduct a free educational class regarding today’s most complex HOA issues.  You are invited to attend and bring your questions with you.  The following is a schedule for the next six months worth of classes:
